Thanks to Kids in the GAME, Rip City Boxing was able to pay the yearly registration costs for our in-need boxers to participate this year. Boxing is a year around sport and there are a lot of costs for traveling and equipment that puts a heavy burden on parents. Our recent grants allowed us to take 12 boxers to a regional tournament in Tacoma, WA. It’s good to see a program that supports these individuals that train so hard and keeps them in safe environment while learning discipline and self-confidence through the sport boxing.
