DO YOU QUALIFY?
Check all four boxes now so you’re ready to apply on June 23, 2026 at 10:00 AM PT.
✅ Your child is on SNAP!, Medicaid, or WIC
At least one program must be active at the time you apply.
✅ Your child is between 4 and 18 years old
Age is verified at the time of application.
✅ The sport is recreational — not elite or travel
Community leagues, parks and rec, school teams all qualify. Select/elite travel teams do not.
✅ The season lasts at least 4 weeks
One-day tournaments or short clinics are not covered.

Apply online starting June 23, 2026 at 10:00 AM PT
Fill out the application at pass.everykidsports.org. The application can take between 5 and 15 minutes. Have your benefit info and sport details ready.

Get approved
Our team reviews your application and sends a confirmation email. Check your spam folder if you don’t see it.

Your Chek card is funded
Funds are loaded to your virtual Chek card. You’ll use this to pay your league or sports organization directly.

Pay registration with your Chek card
Do not pay out of pocket first. Use your Chek card to pay registration fees. We cannot reimburse out-of-pocket payments.
